This Nominee for Sec of Ed. is for vouchers

The whole purpose of the "vouchers" proposal  is to sell children as "a vast new market" .  S B 1,the Piccola proposal is in support of total privatization of unregulated school - opened by anyone with not rules or protections for children.  No accountability for the use of public funds. And they have presented a long parade of Black children before the Senate Education Committe to put a Black face on voucher. The purpose of vouchers is to sell children to private business - with no regulations. This is very dangerous.  Who is this Sec. of Educ. nominee.  He does not live in PA.  He is pushing vouchers.  NAACP
