So, I’ve wanted to become more involved in art. Maybe it’s because I no longer take the art class in school or the fact that I haven’t done any artwork in about two in a half months. I look at art and want to create my own art. In class last semester I learned about numerous art techniques including: Fauvism, Expressionism, Cubism, Dadaism, Surrealism, and Photorealism. Yet, I still could not find my inspiration for my next piece. I struggled to figure out what I was going to do next.

Then I figured it out. For my next piece I am going to sit back and let life be my inspiration. There is so much beauty and energy in so many things, like the power that radiates from fire or the beauty of someone giving birth to a new life. There is truly a lot in which I will draw my inspiration form. Whatever inspires me first, no matter how simple or complex is going to base my next at piece around. Hopefully, this piece will be unlike any other art piece I have made

I already have ideas to make something spectacular. All of my works of are usually fun bright and cheery. The idea I have for my next piece is for it to be a little on the darker side. With this piece I hope to convey that dark side things can be beautiful like night, fear or the ending of a life cycle. I just think the dark aspects will give this artwork some edge and difference from all the other pieces. I don’t want to become someone whose art looks like the same thing repeated. I’m hoping this will push the envelope and give me the creative edge I have been so desperately looking for. When it's done I'll be sure to upload a picture for everyone to see.
