City Kids deserve a City School
On May 23, 2012 the Connellsville Area School District School Board voted to close Jr. High West and Zachariah Connell Elementary Schools. Many who spoke out against the closing of Zachariah Connell cited the fact that, even though the school board claimed their decision was in part made in order to cut costs in the district, they (the school board) could not substantiate that claim.
