Governor Tom Corbett should be ashamed of himself. His decision to cut funding in public education by15% mainly in the low income school districts, those who need it the most and increase the funding to correctional institutions by 11%, and the gaming commission by 3%. He is proposing that these already struggling low income school districts make up the difference by lowering the salaries of teachers and or laying off teachers. What the "HELL" is wrong with him?
