The whole purpose of the "vouchers" proposal  is to sell children as "a vast new market" .  S B 1,the Piccola proposal is in support of total privatization of unregulated school - opened by anyone with not rules or protections for children.  No accountability for the use of public funds. I am not sure where the nominee lives.  Not PA.

His views onn property tax bothered me.  Where does he think the money will come from if not property tax.  He cannot support these cuts and pretend that he does not expect property tax increase.  Chester proposed cuts: $20 million and it is suggested that they cannot make payroll right now.Allentown proposed cuts $15 million.  Erie cuts, over $11 million.  The whole notion of voucher - totally private system - sell children to the…
