Is there anywhere one can read about the details of the voucher idea?
Length of stay before switching schools? Can you switch schools more than once a year?
Transportation issues?
What if voucher amount does not cover total school cost?
Can students participate in after school activities at home district (like our Christian school students)?
How do school districts budget?
