DESCRIPTION:For the past four years, immigrant parents from JUNTOS and
  SEAMAAC have been developing their leadership in organizing for langu
 age access resources and immigrant friendly programming in the Philade
 lphia School District.\n These parents participated in a series of wo
 rkshops and regular meetings to discuss their visions for immigrant-fr
 iendly schools, visited schools nationally with innovative programs fo
 r immigrant families, and conducted surveys with school principals to 
 identify resources and best practices for immigrant parents and studen
 ts.\nAt the summit, parent leadership in South Philadelphia will share
  their action plan for immigrant-friendly schools with parents, studen
